343 are comprised of a lot of ex-bungie employees who worked on previous (decent) Halo titles, and hardcore Halo fans. They've also got some of the most talented graphics artists and engineers working for them.

If this was to happen it would be amazing. And I think if they were to get enough people involved it could be done - the problem is it's doubtful they'll succeed in getting enough people.
