Graduation of Vladimir

Today is a glorious day for one of our cadets, but before I announce their name I would like to say some words myself. Since the opening of Academy we have seen many cadets go through the academy, while many of them still hold potential it is always great to see one of them move on and see what they really can do with their new found rank, I would like to encourage each and every officer to continue on with your hopes and dreams, because when you work hard and believe to achieve it will happen. Now enough with what I have to say now it is time for me to announce our cadet who has shown what he can do and what he has learned and put it truly to the test.

I noticed he got demoted to VISITOR, so I promoted him to ENSIGN per this post.
