Thank you everyone and i look forward to a productive year.
My concern is gaming. Running departments are a necessity, there are plenty of jobs that need to be done.
Having said that, i wish to ease unnecessary burden so long as it dose not impact the mandate of each department.
Recognition for dedication and consistency of labour is a key motivator. Recognition via Performance adds a swell to careers and a deserved 'thank you' to the dedicated.
Hopefully. I'll be handing out mroe awards than assignments during my tenure.
