Sisko, do us all a favour and don't post so many Battle Reports. In fact, we don't want you to post them at all and instead just enjoy your gaming-experience.

Battle reports are indeed highly encouraged and does help one to get promotions. Please refrain from pulling fleet policies out of your ass. That is the job of the executive committee :P
