Greetings FC officers, distinguished guests and enemies of the state.


It is my pleasure to announce the promotion of Division Admiral Shroombuck to Rear Admiral. He is also transferred from the Privy Council to the Admiral's Council.

Rear Admiral Shroombuck has been a beacon of activity and is one of FC's finest patriot. It will be a pleasure to serve with him on the council.

The good news is that now that he is a full admiral and council member, he will be held to higher standards. Which might give us all a little break :P
