Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut
So Bioware has released their modified ME3 endings, and added one additional (refusal) ending:
Extended Cut DLC Synthesis Ending: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFzrRz6Dc0Y
Extended Cut DLC Destroy Ending: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GgYYYmzr7_A
Extended Cut DLC Control Ending: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5J-QDTM8Zk
Extended Cut DLC Refusal Ending: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czKq9H0tSCo
I think that, while nothing new is really added, these endings provide good closure. It's pretty much what I expected. I am satisfied, not exhilarated. Like having a good smoke kind of satisfaction as opposed to having a good root.
What does every one else think?

Not getting into Mass Effect... sounds a bit like a category 2 offense right there. I feel the need to issue a warning. :lol:EVOXSNES wrote:Looks ok but i never got into it

Feel pretty much the same Jesse.
They do add additional closure, though a bit cliche how the Catalyst is Mass Effects version of the Borg Queen.
Though I wish shepard breathes scene could have been expanded on a bit.

I imagine that is where the DLC comes in. They have given themselves many potential ways to expand on the game.Alexraptor wrote:Feel pretty much the same Jesse.

My favourite ending was the borg one. Though had the Borg been in this universe, I think that would have been the only ending and would not have required a catalyst.

And unlike the Borg synthesis actually created an utopian society, not a bunch of mindless drones.

Re: Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut
Mass Effect one one of the best games series I've ever played. But I still feel a bit cheated. Sheppard deserved the beachside house, retirement and lots of blue children.... Somehow these ending felt...wrong.
Rest in pieces, Lady B. Stockholm's second fastest Mercedes. (1984-2012) Every time I outrun an Iraqi in his wannabe BMW M5, I'll think of you.

No he deserved 3 toed invironment suit wearing children. (probably wouldnt require an environment suite with half human imune systems.)
