Change of Command Ceremony

It is sad when an officer finds it necessary to depart from a command position, but also good news as this allows us to present the opportunity to another fine officer.

Division Rear Admiral Zion, at his request is relieved of command of First Fleet. Also, in recognition of you dedication to Federation Command, you are hereby promoted to the rank of Division Vice Admiral.

As with his passing we usher in a new era.

Division Admiral Hartley, you are hereby assigned the new CO of First Fleet. I am sure you will do well.
