The D'deridex is the only Romulan ship worth having and ever will be.

How is it still going? I refuse to believe he uses that website as a professional resource. It baffles the mind.EVOXSNES wrote: ohh and if you feel the need to stroll down memory lane... http://www.phoenixstars.com
I love how 4D is "Contact for more information" - he'll send you an invite to his house where you may look upon his time machine in his basement pieced together with sticky-back plastic and household goods.

Re: Legacy of Romulus
Looking it over more and more i see alot to like. Trait overhaul & trait respec is a god send. No accuracy traits whatsoever on my current character, so all the hardware gone to waste. I know for sure accuracy is the problem. My other tactical character tells me i've been missing out on lots of damage potential.
Re: Legacy of Romulus
Yeah that's a vital improvement. I deleted all of my characters so it'll only serve me going forward. At least I have a record of those characters though!
Seems logical to go for an Engineering Romulan doesn't it.

Re: Legacy of Romulus
Not sure.
Singularity core would be more powerful on an Engineering character (assumption) but i come back to the Subterfuge† trait they keep flogging around the dev blogs. The boost to damage while decloaking will compliment the Tactical characters own slew of buff and abilities. Add to that, the Tactical characters own Singularity core. This makes me think that a Tactical Romulan could be quite potent.
At this stage, who can say. I suppose the Romulan test on tribble will give us alot more information. Speaking of, the test revealed that the UI was incredibly more responsive.
†Subterfuge racial trait. Subterfuge makes their ships harder to detect while cloaked, increases the damage bonus they receive when exiting cloaking, and provides them with a small passive bonus to Defense, allowing them to avoid enemy attacks more easily.

Re: Legacy of Romulus
Interesting. Engineering was the only 50 I didn't have and it would compliment the D'deridex I think. You can see why that's where my head is at.

They would have looked at Engineering, asked themselves what they could do. I can't see much tanking (again, assumption), but heaps and heaps of power, i can see. Kinda scary actually. Reminds me of the old days in SFC3, when Alexraptor would ravish me in his Raptor.

Re: Legacy of Romulus
I'm leaning Engineering because I can be easily led to the Tactical side. It wouldn't exactly suck to fly a Romulan escort.
