Re: Whats On?
I have whacked the new episodes on my Galaxy. Lunchtime today is going to be a straight Draper thing.

I prefer this one, there is something more traditional about it.
On a more serious note, I don't insult women. I love women. I am just a proud man. I consider James Bond, Don Draper and Bill Clinton as role models, nothing wrong with having an intern give you a blow job when you're the leader of the free world.
Thank you,

Besides, women love misogyny.

I am often a subtle guy when it comes to humour. I actually remember and liked Gillard's speech. I found the former leader of the opposition (now PM I believe) demeaning.
Thank you,

Its the forum. Can be a flavor black hole.Picard wrote:I am often a subtle guy when it comes to humour. I actually remember and liked Gillard's speech. I found the former leader of the opposition (now PM I believe) demeaning.
As for politics...
He is the PM. He was and still is demeaning but i've come to realize that the election was really about choosing the lesser of two evils. Not that the labor party was particularly evil, just incompetent at politics and even governing to a degree.
So on the whole, the Labor vote was stolen by the minor parties. Yet, not completely usurped by the Liberals? (incumbent). The Liberal party might have its problems and the Labor party is a wounded animal but the real winners where the minor parties.
A side note. The election restored my faith in the maturity of this country. The cult of personality seemed to surround Kevin Rudd but in the end, it floundered.
The next election will be a crucible. Either the minor parties gain ground at the expense of Labor or Labor at the minors expense; the severity could spell the end of history for one and the start for another. The Liberals? Sitting for a single term would be a blunder, not to mention humiliating. I'll laugh like a hyena.
Btw, im not particularly devoted to any party. Just following the game :)
