Star Trek Excalibur: Dev update 2015

The team have new leaders.
They've a mind to mimic the Star Citizen (among others) approach, where staged releases are preferable to a lengthy development cycle in isolation. Emphasising the benefits of a staged release claiming that it would open up development to the modding community.
