As official Fleet Dictator, a position I have appointed myself to under order of my own iron-fisted will, I offer you our warmest welcome (6500 Kelvin, for most readers). Unfortunately, to attain this post, I had to deal with our new Fleet Admiral Costello in a bloodless coup d'état. His cherished remains are now scattered reverently across all the finest garbage piles of the British Empire and the Colonies, where they are picked clean by carrion-fowl of only the highest class.
We have a rule that says that to join our glorious Fleet, you're required to give yours truly here a new pair of well polished Hessian boots. In order to join the Fleet, you will have to complete this part of the arrangement. Set me up with a Royal Mail Delivery package, and you will be a rank three member - a Three Boots Generalissimo - automatically, which gives you rights to sit on the Council of Generalissimo's and a custom room on our TeamSpeak server.

People have value here. So your early days in Federation Command will be under an instructors tutelage. The instructor will guide you, offering the benefit of their experience and knowledge.
With that you'll ace the Academy and be on your way to becoming a fine Officer of the Fleet.
At the completion of your time in Starfleet Academy. You will be commissioned as a Crewmen.
From there, how far you go is entirely up to you.

You will be proved officer training if you wish to processed above and beyond your commissioned rank.
