Recruiting Message Please Read

There is currently a recruiting incentive for our Cadets in the STO Fleet. Mention your handle, and if verified as a cadet in our fleet you will be promoted to the rank of LT in these forums upon acceptance of your oath.

Great idea but might be more effective as a recruitment message in the sto fleet... also other fleets can see this and might copy your idea.
