Once upon a time ago, there was a thread just filled with GIF responses. Don't know what happened to it. Anyways, let's make this simple by setting the stage: first someone complained about getting their access revoked to VC and now we have Shroombuck complaining about ranks in VC.

Rules are simple: your post must have at least one GIF (if you're boring you can write text too) and if you take this personally you'll be demoted to Cadet (I have no authority to do that) when we're at VC. I'm sure no one will mind I totally took this from the Council chambers. This was just too good to pass up.
