Reminds me of Birth of the Federation, even though i've never played it.

It's not new by any means. STA3 for Sins was a popular game to play.

I was not a fan of the UI for Sins, however. Felt too much like A1 which I was also not a fan of.

It's not out yet. So it's new in that sense. I think.
