Wild! I need a closer look. I cant help but wonder how it calls and rearranges the data in to that HALO helper....pretty cool stuff....wondering if they need something like API to do it ....or not (more than likely they do) crazy...

Re: xbox smart glass
I'm hoping they'll allow it to be used like an advanced remote control. Allow it to display a mini-guide identical to the one on the Xbox and utilise all the features of it on your phone / tablet. It would make a great many things more convenient.
Re: xbox smart glass
I think the app could suck to begin with an when the new console drops many more features will be added later.
Re: xbox smart glass
I am impressed by depth, not gimmickry. I hate that they are forcing IE and Bing on me, I think both are shit.
Re: xbox smart glass
I don't see how they are 'forcing' either on you. Having an internet browser and search engine on the Xbox, even if they're not the best ones around, is better than having nothing at all. Besides, we know next to nothing about IE on Xbox - it could be the first truly decent iteration of the program for all we know.
Re: xbox smart glass
I dont like Internet Exploroer either but they would never allow chrome or any other browser on their consoles.
