During the recent friendly war game between Starfleet Imperium and Federation Command our STO pilots have triumphed against the enemy forces and have as such defended FC's reputation and upheld the finest traditions of the fleet.
Our expeditionary forces has indeed managed to score 30 kills while being destroyed only two times, and this under fair PVP conditions. Thanks to their experience, leadership and strategy our forces brought glory, once again, to FC.
As such, I have the privilege to present the battle ribbon to the following officers:

Battle Ribbon: Awarded to an officer who has advanced the name of the Federation Command by winning a non-wartime victory against an officer who is of some significance to the game they play. For instance: Beating the CO of a fleet that has in some way denounced our superior gaming ability.
Our pride in our long tradition of excellence is not aimed at humiliating SFI, their courage or skills for they were worthy opponents and we thank them for participating in this friendly match.
