Federation Command

It is sad when an officer finds it necessary to depart from a command position, but also good news as this allows us to present the opportunity to another fine officer.

Division Rear Admiral Zion, at his request is relieved of command of First Fleet. Also, in recognition of you dedication to Federation Command, you are hereby promoted to the rank of Division Vice Admiral.

As with his passing we usher in a new era.

Division Admiral Hartley, you are hereby assigned the new CO of First Fleet. I am sure you will do well.

ADM Hartley now has all command privileges and has been assigned the in game rank of Senior FC Officer. along with full star base and bank control.

Congratulations! Zion I have heard nothing but good things about your efforts in STO, I hope you'll still find time to contribute once in a while. Our STO is going to need a reboot soon and it will be hard to do it without your expertise.

As always I serve the fleet and can always advise on STO matters.
