You're going to find FC has a much much different culture than SF that is more focused on enjoy the game than having a Star Trek based role playing structure. We do touch on that a bit for practical purposes - because all organizations need leadership and if you have a leadership structure you mine as well use Star Trek's - but otherwise it's really about community and family here.
